Why do Blazers get such a bad rep?
#62
I would take the 84 S10 I used to have over this 97 any day. I never had to do anything to that older truck.
This 97 has me changing things all the time. If I wasn't mechanically inclined I would have called it a lemon and sold it. Over the years I have had to replace the injection spider, door pins, wiper control pulse board, tail gate straps, distributor, a couple of ignition coils, PS pump, steering box, steering shaft, oil cooler lines, fuel pump, a few pitman arms and idler arms (Moog), ignition switch, rebuilt the heads due to sticky valves....etc
