Default Engine replacement

Does anyone know if I can remove the 4.3l motor in my 2000 chevy blazer and replace it with a 5.7l 350 V8

I have done a lot of leg work in this and the only ones I can find are the two door blazers or the 2 wheel drive blazer maybe I'm looking in the wrong spots but I have not found a 4 door blazer yet with a V8

Ok, what does the number of doors matter ? I will ask ? What blazer do you have? A 2000 4x4, 4dr right ? Sometimes you have to PULL teeth on here to get info out of Members. We are good, but not Mind Readers,,,, Well Kyle has that gift . What are you looking for specific ?

The number of doors do not matter. Its the same platform. And if you're looking for a 4x4 that has done this swap, then see the link posted above. Remember, anything can be done, there is a Smart Car that has been lifted. Its a matter of how much fabrication, time, money, and patience you're willing to put into things. I myslef have a limited amount of patience lol.

Alright guys you are right I'm just being lazy but I haven't seen a four door with a V8 and when I was doing the leg work for what I have already done. I saw a lot of parts that said not for ZR2 or not for the four door I was just asking if someone had already did what I am thinking of doing and I do have the patience for it and the money and a 350 stroker motor, Life is grand. Sometimes Just asking someone a question can make like so much easier.

No problem man, its what we're here for. Any parts you see that say 2dr only, or except ZR2, etc., are typically either int/ext appearance related things, suspension, or exhaust. Though the exhaust stuff is typically catbacks and vary due to either the undermounted spare tire (if its dual outlet) or because the itermediate pipe is longer for 4dr models (if its single outlet).
