You could put Corvette rims on it. They'll bolt right up and have enough backspacing. But unless you can find a set for cheap you might as well just buy some aftermarket wheels.

Welcome to the world of aggravation! The problem with S10 4x4's is the odd offset. Though it is similar to fwd offsets, it is a bit higher than normal. Not sure what a 2nd gen offset is, but 1st gen offset is about +51mm w/ 6" backspace (15x7").

The problem I found is when trying other "recommended wheels" the backspace of 6" is what is suggested by most online shops. This creates a problem if the wheel is wider than the stock 7", the extra width get pushed towards or out of the fender. I ordered a set of Summit Racing legend's 18x8.5" 32mm offset w/6" backspace and sadly had to send them back. They stuck out well over an inch (1.5" I believe) and I have the stock fender flares.

Staying close to the stock offset rather than backspace will keep the wheel a bit more centered, thus why most use vette wheels (+56mm). The 1-1.5" increased backspace is tolerable depending on wheel & tire combo overall width. Using 4 vette fronts (18x8.5") all the way round is more suitable than the 18x9.5" vette which requires low profile tires to keep from scrubbing inside when turning lock to lock.

Sounds good enough? Well that narrows options down quite a bit. Well almost next to nothing unless you are willing to shell out bigger bucks for vette oems or limited places that carry the 8.5" 56mm width in oem replicas. I'm on a limited budget and have been looking for months!

As far as other aftermarket brands and 20's... good luck. You will have to make some sort of compromise
