yep old one was destroyed and scrapped plus at the same time i took off the heads and rebuilt them. i know the engine has to be at #1 piston tdc combustion, the oil pump shaft has to line up the dizzy and when it seats has to point to the #1 terminal and now its fully installed top d center combustion but there is no fuel getting to the motor its sitting at the injectors, the injectors are fine electrical has been checked all connectors grounds etc now the motor feels like its lacking compression but passed a compression test 100% when heads where removed. now ive got power every where except at the injectors. now just wondering.

Check all the grounds and make sure the fuel pump kicks on when you turn the key to start it.

yeah i checked all grounds connectors they are all connected the fuel pump primes it up to the tbi at 11psi to the regulator , the injectors arnt getting power and there is no spark just wondering what controls it the only thing i found unhooked is a 6 pin connector up under the dash to the top left behind the gauge cluster it has 3 wires on it a black, pink and tan and white the other 3 pins are not used i can find out where it connects too but it does branch of the engine harness other than that the electrical is all connected everything works but no spark and no injector firing

That connector might be the problem. Try to plug it in first. I'm not exactly sure what it is for though without seeing it. Also make sure the dizzy you installed is good.
